Bugger mate. I would be giving the CAT600 bushes ago off ford forums. They are what to will be putting in my new F6 when I pull the rear end out. Pretty sure it's a nolathane center bush and his own spec front bushes.

Super pro comfort less than 2000kms old

You need to support the front of the diff, CAT600 bushes are much stiffer and stronger than the SP Comforts.

The SP comforts are for 300rwkw autos, big power in a manual will result in diff bolt or diff hat breakages.

Fulcrum supplied the bushes and recommended them for big hp as there not as stiff as they have the slits through them instead of a solid bush have or don't they know what they are talking about ? Before these bushes I ran the pedders nolthane and they were worse for snapping bolts

The front needs to be stiff so it doesnt pivot at the rear. Rednose is correct. Grab some Cat front bushes and try them with a good 12.9 bolt. Polish the threads at the point they fatigue.

As mentioned by others, the whole diff needs to be isolated so it doesn't use the centre bolt as a pivot. The fulcrum guys that recommended comfort bushes in your car should find another job...
