The whole diff assembly is a poor design. The main rear bolt see's a severe bending load. Bolts are designed to be used in tension. Having soft bushes especially at the front will allow diff movement and put more stress on the bolt.

One of my diff bolts.

Any suggestions on products etc Aaron that have seen less breakages. I don't care for comfort...prefer strength.

I have a solid rear center bush, factory bolt and all other bushes stock, yet broke a inner LHS CV changing into 2nd with MT's.

Cv broke due to driveline angles. Softer front bushes will also allow the diff to pivot and make the driveline angles worse.

Solid race spec superpros and some decent bolts (can source them from caterpillar for you) and you wont have any issues, but by fark it will be noisy!
