Hi,
I've just bought a 2011 G6e Turbo. Just wondering if anyone knows why the headlights are on and staying on while driving (ie. can't turn them off) ?
I read something about a safety pack on fleet cars...but not sure if it's true and REALLY want to know how to turn them off.
Thankyou.

Nope, no dashmat and not auto etc but the car is an ex fleet car. I checked the fuses and there is a strange wire tee'd into another in there so "I think" that wire just needs to be disconnected.
I never knew some fleet cars were optioned like this til now o.O

Lights on feature, optional from the dealer when placing order.

All Telstra fleet vehicles have always on lighting, take it back to your dealer and ask them to disconnect it.....

^^^ which is exactly what the Ford dealer did for me when I bought mine as it was a Telstra owned car.........love that telstra chip :P

Low Beam was on when I test drove it and the sales guy said it will be changed when I pick the car up so if you bought it from a Ford dealer, take it back and politely ask for them to change it for you.
