I'm running SSL's all round in mine. Dropped about another 3mm in the rear recently when I fitted a tow bar. Static measurements are centre of hub to guard 340mm in rear - 345mm front. The first photo shows how much neg camber it now runs at this height. Finger width the get square. The rear arms are just level unsprung but point slightly upwards under load. The superpro shortened stops prevent them from going too much further. This is poo for grip (even with my 275's) and tougher on the cv's. I will at some point be fitting the adjustable upper arms to square the rears up a bit. Can't do anything about the angle on the cv's. Fronts also at that height run plenty of shims to square up - just enough thread on right front. So the answer. If you want the car to have the correct geometry, handle and actually put the power on the ground, don't go any lower than SSL's. Keep in mind, I'm running 19's so 20's would go closer to tucking guard.
