Trim the threaded rods to length, connect tab crimps to the electrical connections and flatten the tabs so that they don't stick out and then you only need to get a 90deg fitting for the boost pressure, which is "at the bottom" of the rear of the gauge so it actually sits below where the plastic of the gauge holder ends (you might have to remove some dash material from below the surface to make it fit comfortably, though). Then the outer ring on the gauge is a little too big for 52mm. You can either have the ring sit outside the rim of the mount or you can carefully remove the ring and re-glue it in a position where the gauge is sitting perfectly flush and the ring is actually mounted to the cup and the gauge face. The mechanical boost gauge has brass plumbing that extends further than the limited cup space. You cant put the back caps on and you will definitely not get boost host not jammed in there and kinked. Without a grinder it wont go. Electrical boost will though. If you have done it that must be a tight fit. For people that try to do a straight fit it means they must go for another trip looking for angled plumbing which doesnt come in the mail Edited 02/01/17 04:04 AM by useless

Get the 90 degree fitting from enzed while you're getting the metal t-piece for the boost reference as the plastic one that comes with it sucks. try it for yourself

Spoke to them before Xmas. Wally from top end audio can sort out kits for anyone interested, especially FG MK11. He custom makes them.

I didn't say every 52mm product available from autometer will fit guaranteed or your money back
