You need a hooked pick, a mechanics mirror and a torch. Very fiddly, but easy. Remove rear heat shield, use. Mirror and torch to locate circlip, that holds on actuator rod to wastegate flap and hook it and pull. Wind on a few threads and replace circlip. Easy. Just requires a bit of patience.
