Was quite interesting.. But alot of Word of Mouth. Still waiting for the dude tuning it to actually stick something concrete up.Without stirring up the fanboi's can someone answer this to make sure my head is on the right track.A supercharge makes power dependent on vehicle RPM.. Ie: similar to NA power will climb with rev's constantly. Turbo makes power up to a predetermined level of boost which can be as low as 3000 rpm then it maintains that power all the way out to the shift point? So needless to say a turbo is making max power for half the rev range of a gear.. While a supercharger may only make max power at or just before the actual shift point? So therefore if an excel spreadsheet downloaded off the internet with a formula determines that for 348kw you should run 11.9s @ 122mph.. (Guessing here) and that formula matches a turbo car.. Technically that formula can't be applied to a supercharged car because the variables are actually different? Don't get me wrong, beautiful car nonetheless but for the price tag sheesh.

Ratter I think posted up in another thread about the area beneath the curves giving a better idea of a car's power performance. Definite integral I think is the term. I trapped at a highest of 121mph, the 11.9 was 120mph with about 320rwkw. Poor 60 footer affected ET though.I'm pretty sure that the more linear dyno charts (NA or SC) usually trap at lower mph compared to our turbocharged cars, for a given speed (ignoring the many other variables of course). I'm still scared that they will be faster than I am even with a lower mph.And yeah tune only they will destroy me I expect. Tune only miamis are as fast or even faster than my theoretical best of 11.7/11.6 ish. Edited 04/10/13 06:05 AM by -SteveR-

XFT tuned a miami the other day with just a tune and cracked 428rwkw I believe. The HSV is a better overall car but for the same money you can buy a GT and get it going quicker and handling better than the HSV.
