Unknown turbo config, working it out and playing safe. Also fuel quality variability.

Back pressure and heat would probably be an issue as well. Will check with Spiro. I have a built engine though, so can take more abuse

Im interested to see how it goes.

Im planning to lean on my gtx3576r. I have a theory about drive pressure on the turbine side through a t3 at pressures about 20lbs. I've got a nice big valve hanging off the turbine housing to help reduce that pressure.

Also have a mate ( @turboknapp ) that's just fired one up on a t4 spilt pulse manifold. That is going to be interesting.

Yeah, that does sound interesting. Is that with a high mount set up?

I think a gtx3582 or pte6466 with standard ported exhaust housing and a proper aftermarket exhaust manifold (6boost etc) would give what most people want on a daily. Fast spool and 400+rwkw without putting a stock engine under too much pressure (valve springs and probably oil pump gears need to be done). Iam lucky with the manual as dont have to worry about ZF rebuilds and input shafts etc.
