Hmmm... Ive been looking at doing a turbo change. Was thinking gtx3582. Because, Im going to stay on 98. Car makes 322rwkw now. Either turbo I will need to get, valve springs, wastegate/flapper mod and retuned.

The problem is, for the cost, if it makes around 360 with the gtx3576 it's not a great increase for the $. Where as the gtx3582 will make 400.

This is my dilemma.

The 82 will give you flat out speed coz flows more and the 76 will give quicker spool and huuuuge mid range - both using 98 fuel.

The choice depends on whether you want dyno braging rights or street drivability imho

82 will probably destroy the box earlier then the 76 that's if the 76 will pop it. Depending on how you drive. Gtx82. Box? Oil pump gears? Better fuel setup?

Where do you stop really;)

Want it to feel fast! Haha.

get a 85 pulsar as a daily then when you drive the xr on weekends its aways going to feel fast. I have the 76 and that fast feeling doesn't last long. Always want more.

I'll bring mine over again for you to test drive mate.

Spiro did a more aggressive tune on it which I like for the street at part throttle.

We can flash a few tunes in it and you will feel how they are completely different.

I'm just running a gt3576 but have it set up to come on very aggressively.. Stever will agree it's quite quick on the street tuned that way.

I do have sticky 275's on the rear. I would be silly with 245's.

I already drive a 92 corolla daily. Haha.

The falcon does feel quick, don't get me wrong. In this cold it has no problem turning my 275 Hankook RS3s in 2nd rolling along just squeezing the throttle. I just want it to feel quicker once the speed is up.
