Sounds like I am prety much set then:

Pw muffler delete already installed

100cpi venom cat already installed with the stock exhaust.

Pw stage two intercooler.

Pw surge tank old style with a single bosch 044 (stock fuel intake pump)

I am assuming that there would be enough fuel supply with this setup?

Also still have the oem CAI with a big hole drilled under the air box.

I am going to assume for the sevond time that this should be fine as well.

I have a manual and my concern now is the clutch and the drive shaft if I get this turbo.

Thoughts?

some are claiming the 6466 spools as quick as the small GTX or BW, this 6266 is close but still a little behind so not sure how the 6466 would respond

Nice graph as always Mick. What rear housing if you don't mind me asking?

Any reason you were in 5th? Exceeded the torque rating of the dyno?

Got a mate with a fg ute, 320rwkw clutch started slipping. Car only has 15,000km. Doesn't do burnouts either. Just from feeding it on.

He just upgraded it.

The muffler delete will need a 4x4" silicon too mate. And I'm assuming you've upgraded the element in the airbox?

Thanks mate, I believe it was the .82 rear housing, (owner did the mechanical work himself)

This car exceeded the torque limit of our dyno, so we ran it in 5th but at a ramp rate to match a 4th gear run.

Yeah, I got a K&N filter in there. I got 310 killer wasps and I have not had issues with slipping yet.

I did have issues with 3rd before the tune where it would slip and had bad smells coming from the gearbox.

It definitely smelled like clutch was slipping big time.

Not sure what happened, but since the tune, I have not had issues since.
