MY ROD GOT OUT Member 434 Member For: 14y 6m 24d Posted 19/09/13 10:34 AM Share Posted 19/09/13 10:34 AM Maybe try unplugging wiring looms etc and plugging back in, maybe connector to ecu is a bit loose.... But yeh don't have an auto so can give much more advice really. The lean code and wastegate code etc would be related to car being in limp mode I'd assume. Are u sure u weren't giving car a flogging?! what's car doing now after codes have been cleared??
Peter_M Member 31 Member For: 13y 10m 13d Posted 20/09/13 06:57 AM Author Share Posted 20/09/13 06:57 AM Thanks for your help so far its been great. Battery got tested today and its fine. Everyone is pushing me towards the ECU being fried... Is there anyway I can test the ECU? Autologic has quoted me $120 for the test (I need to remove and physically give them the ECU), then if it needs repairing, they waive the test fee and just charge the repair fee.I'm not really sure of what else to do, all the plugs seem to be in fine, connector on auto is fine, earth is fine... theres nothing in the coolant...I HATE THIS!
