Hahaha.. Classy reply there ratter..

But in all seriousness the world is going to sh*t with legal liability stuff.. I had someone recommend to me that I talk to my parents about suing them for my hearing loss.. Because their home/contents insurance or something might cover it..

What a crock of sh*t..

I agree

The way that some aussies look at the whole litigation thing is piss poor

whether we like it or not......sh*t happens.....so instead of trying to find someone to blame, how about learning from it and move on.

obviously not talking about big things but I'm sure you get where I'm coming from

was he modded.........huge lol

& yes Mick, should've sued the biatch but the big c got her 20 years earlier.................lol

I blame America.. People see someone win millions for getting a bit of coffee on their crotch and all of a sudden it's a free ride for the rest of your life if someone makes a mistake in your general vicinity..

One of my old minions dropped out of a law degree because she was working the front desk at a law firm and a lady came in 3 times in a year having slipped over at various shopping centres..

Anyway slightly off topic but it just proves these people exist and steal our oxygen.
