unless that crack is leaking exhaust gas then it's not your problem, we see quite a few manifolds that appear to have cracks but they are normally only casting cracks to a an air bubble in the cast and are not a problem

That crack looks to me like somebody got a bit excited when tightening the turbo mounting stud into the manifold.

As Ratter said. Unlikely to cause an issue.

Yea I thought that to. I only noticed it as I was removing heat shield. Car is 5 speed. When the cars running (cold start) I can put my finger over the hole and can't feel or smell any fumes, also noticed the "actuator?" Has 7 psi sticker on it, don't they run 6 stock?

Is there much play in the wastegate arm valve creating a boost leak...flapper will kick up and not seal?

Any rough idle after giving her the beans when coming to a immediate stop indicating weak springs possibly?

Has the catalytic converter been checked?

Do you have the ability to return to stock and see if she drives A1 in that guise?

You say it was tuned to 10psi but is now fluctuating at 13psi'ish is this correct that the car is over boosting?

Allot of these things you can check yourself if Bruce already hasn't.

No the arm is fairly solid/no play

Idle drops down smoothly and the same every time

Have not checked cat covertor

I was told by previous owner it was tuned at 10ps, Bruce told me he would of tuned it a lot higher when he tunes it,.. But gauge reads 10-14 depending on how sh*t the car runs

Can't be re tuned at this stage as Bruce tuned it a "different way" and is awaiting the new software to arrive

Had another quick look at the car today, found that 1 of the compressor blades are bent and looks like a few chucks off the middle part missing.... surprised this hasnt killed the motor???

nope...makes a higher pitched intake noise usually though.

Yep can definitely hear the high pitched squeal. Im assuming that the turbo has enough play so the wheel hit the housing and bent its self? Not a mechanic but pretty obvious.
