When you floor it when it gets to about 100kph, it loses power and then regains it. I put it on a dyno and the boost didn't go over 7lb. I am wondering if it is a sensor problem because the motor is sensing there is too much boost and then it shuts itself down to protect the motor. Can anyone help identify the problem, is it a sensor, the computer, or the actuator thing which opens the wastegate?

This will rule out the wastegate actuator if it tests ok at around 6-7 psi, my guess is MAP sensor (manifold air pressure), which is what reads boost pressure, is reading too much than what it should be, wouldn't hurt to check and make sure its not caked with crap or the electrical plug full of dirt or something, just start testing stuff mate
