SA cops hate it thanks to hoon laws

Cop mate @ Christies has canaried quite a few and impounded 1...was also doing a gear change skid at the time though

Exactly, car would have been impounded for doing a burnout ( what they consider a burnout)

You won't have your car impounded because it flutters, you might get a defect but that's about it.

Show me 1 example of someone's car being impounded because it flutters ??? And being impounded for that reason only.

It's a defect, end of story.

It's a defect if you have your blow valve blowing to atmosphere. They can't impound it for stupid little reason like that but they could put your car under an emissions test to give you a hard time if your a smart ass. If you don't even have a blow valve they can't do much I don't think, but possibly get you for an aftermarket pipe blocker or something along the lines.
