I have a aftermarket oil feed line from Issac PerformanceNow when underload the turbo makes a loud clutter sound like its starving oil, so I had my oil line cleaned and new oil, and its still doing the same thing, is the turbo on its way out? taking it to ford is my last resort

I thought just get a new turbo back on then back to full boosting again
