Hey guys,

Ive currently got standard ride height on my BA XR6T and I wanted to get lower springs. My question is to anyone with a Nizpro 4" exhaust system, how low can you go before causing problems with scraping the exhaust? I don't want it dumped on its guts just a more lower sportier look. Maybe anyone with any advice with lowering in their own experience with exhaust systems .Any help would be appreciated.

Well it really depends doesn't it?

Do you drive on perfectly flat roads everywhere and never see a driveway or speed hump? Yes? Then slam it on the ground....

Otherwise, if you live in australia like the rest of us you should probably go for around 1" in the front and 1.5" in the rear. Good clearance and retain travel in the shocks.

Aside from that there are heaps of threads on lowering around here. All you need to do is stick your head under the car and see how low the exhaust hangs to see how much clearance you have...

Nizzys exhausts from memory tuck up nice and close to the body.

Got visit a suspension place and get some feedback about what you want.

You should be ok with Ssl all round.
