Trying to convince potential buyers that the noise my BA's diff is making is cause by the bushes not by a diff thats about to go nuclear ain't easy. If you want to run the comfort bushes be prepared to replace them. Not as often as factory but they won't last forever.

As with any other performance part they generally reveal a weakness in another. Is there anything that can actually be done about the source of the NVH rather than masking it or just living with it?Get one of those straight cut sequential tremacs, shouldnt hear much else then. Not because of the volume of the noise but because of the frequency of the sound it makes . Plays a tune every time I lightly touch the accelerator while on the freeway. Car had 16,000km on it when they were fitted so im guessing the diff was still in good condition.

Also a bit of clunking and other weird noises. What success have people had with installing sound deadening. I note someone mentioned that before. So I didn't think to questing the install.I've put sound deadener from the back seat to the boot , you can still hear the wine but doesn't sound as high pitch. It has cut down on road noise a bit too so I'd say it's worth it but don't expect it to fix the noise from the diff. It might just depend on if you get a good diff from the factory as some people don't seem to notice anymore nvh once they have fitted superpro comfort bushes
