My diff was quiet before install. Ford Darwin did it for me. I'm not sure how many aftermarket ones they have fitted. Do you fit the superpro differently to standard?

Is there anything I should look for to spot if they have done anything wrong?

Someone else will be able to clarify better than me, but I'm fairly certain there's an art to installing the super pro bushes correctly. It's not uncommon for it to be done wrong, which will induce extra noise. Many people, especially with autos, reckon there's minimal extra NVH with comfort spec super pros.

How often do you change your diff oil? When did you change it last?

If the side bushes aren't installed to correct depth (which varies and must be measured when the factory units are removed) the outriggers can either contact the diff cradle and transmit noise or contact the cradle momentarily on shifts.

You should not experience any nvh increase with properly installed COMFORT series bushes.

Sydney suspension installed mine (formerly wholesale suspension) . I just get the wine , no clunking noises.

Might have to join stripes and buy a Expensive Daewoo lol

I run superpro race spec sides with a comfort centre. No extra nvh. I installed the front bushes to the exact distance the previous ones.

You have solid race specs side bushes and no noise? Do did already have high level hearing loss?

Correct. And serious it's quite as.

It's only the solid centre that transmits the noise. My original setup was genuine Ford sides with a solid centre and it hummed real bad. Swapped out the centre back to a genuine Ford and it was quite again

After they died I went to the current setup of solid sides and comfort centre.
