Then was going to the airport and passed the original tuner on the way, he diagnosed it as faulty, boost solenoid, wastegate actuator, or waste gate flapper. They checked over tune and said it looks fine. Took for a test drive and was making boost then loosing it quickly so I thought the diagnosis to be fairly accurate. So went and replaced solenoid, still the same. Next ordered billett 12psi actuator, and while the turbo was off thought may aswell port the wategate out.Put it all back togther and it kinda better, but still way down on power. can not even spin up the wheels with traction control turned off. tested for boost leaks, replaced clamps and still the same.So why has it lost approx 70rwkw????Any help is appreciated. Hope I havent missed any detail

Reason I ask is mine has a set of crow hd valve springs and last time I got it tuned we knew they were on there way out but held ok once we changed to e85. Although I noticed after a few weeks it just got doughier. I took it back to the tuner and wala down 60kw. This is just my case and maybe different to yours but its worth checkin it out as mine is doughy as fark comin on boost now and wont hold power over about 4500rpm.Also my valve springs werent quite 2 years old before they gave up the ghost. I bought the car 6 months ago, so has always felt that way.Mine seems doughy aswell, can't even stall it up to spin the wheels, doesnt chirp 1st, 2nd shift.Surley valve springs would last longer than that??This is a bit of a long shot but how long were the valve springs in the car before u bought it? Best to take it to a reputable shop and have it diagnosed properly before throwing anymore money at it. Also did you get a retune for the car after porting the wastegate and changing actuators? Is it breaking down at all through the powerband like traction control is kicking in or does it feel like its simply lost power? No retune for wastgate mod or actuator, is that really required? Traction control never kicks in.I still get good fuel economy thoughCheersValve springs, blocked cat, boost leak, could be anything. I ol mate said best bet would be getting it to a reputable tuner. I have to drive at least 6 hours to get to one but it's worth it.

Putting on a 12 psi actuator to me would be the same. Am I wrong?
