I had the same problem and it did my head in also!!! I tried everything and then it just clicked. Over tightening your wheel nuts puts too much pressure on the rotors. I bought myself a torque wrench and I torque my wheel nuts to 125nm every time now and haven't had a problem with it since. Give it a go hopefully works for you too... Pity I didn't come out with you guys more while I was in Perth!
