afr's is the least of your concerns with boost changes.

The ecu is configure to know to control the boost level, you can not turn this off unless you get a tune.

It still needs a tune to stop the light coming on though because of the cat change

that's not really answering my question but anyways. Ive had no tune with a full exhaust system put on. no engine lights and an electronic boost controller. And everything is tip top. had it on the dyno everything is great. Touch wood.

The boost controller is stopping any overboost and no engine lights are on from cat change or exhaust change.

and running better than ever. sorry for hijacking the thread guys just sharing my opinion.

EDIT: I have a tune for all my prevous mods obviously just no recent one for exhaust.

you have a BA, different car, just because you are not aware of any issues does not mean things are good, saw a car recently that had been tuned elsewhere, owner thought everything was good, did a dyno run and it looked acceptable, data logged it while doing some more dyno runs, it was a grenade waiting to go off

It has obviously been tuned previously (8psi tune, 10psi tune) and I've only boosted it once since putting the exhaust on (might hit 1-3 psi every now and then) and I watched the boost gauge, only got to around 10psi? I was expecting an a spike, but nope?

It will be getting tuned, just wanted to see if throwing the sensor back in would help at all.
