Fuel It Up!

fuel goes from tank, through filter, into surge, into pump/s into rail, return fuel goes through pressure reg back into surge and then any remaining fuel goes from surge back to tank

that's what I thought ,, so y would there be an issue if the feed pump is too big? as excess fuel would still go from surge tank back to the tank

if the intank pump was too big, it may cause a back up of fuel from the tank back as there is a restriction we have identified in the return side of things, once this fuel is backed up then the fuel coming from the rail will also get backed up and cause high operating pressure in the rail

Glad you understand, several people have blamed other products when in fact the combination they have is not ideal, many think bigger is better and it's not always the case
