I've got a couple of used sets at home you can have cheap - 90% tread left, only used for a single event.

edit: they are good for a speed test/run, but I've had a couple blow out during extended testing/long distance trials.

Sorry - was talking about the sets of rubber shown above your last comment, not the boots themselves.

Proper warmup was followed - they did suffer a bit of heatsoak at the end of the run though. Repeated runs wouldn't be recommended.

Need pics Raband so I can see whether its worth coming to check em out.

I just tried to take the pumps for roll again but didn't even make it around the block, they are such an animal of a shoe.

Forced air in the soles is dangerous, the bounce can hit suddenly (depending on dialled in pressure levels) and cause loss of traction for those unsuspecting users who are not familiar with the behaviour and watching for it.

I know people who can now only wear thongs because of it, quite a tragedy. Better to stick with NA models unless you know what you are doing.

Sounds like they need a Dyno tune.

My old tuner recommended Crocs as an intermediate. Needless to say I've replaced my tuner.
