Mate I'd be spewing about not having T3's....

Unfortunate it took you a whole day as well. So much dicking around. Glad you are happy with them though.

Do you find the pads bite pretty hard straight away? I've heard the SRT's go through pads quite fast but for the sake of them biting well and stopping well, I'm happily replace rotors 5000kms earlier than with softer pads...

Interesting to see how you go with the SRT pads. I had them on my BF Typhoon and hated them. Hope you get better performance from them than I did.

Danimal,

What didn't you not like about them?

Well so far just around town no heavy braking they're good stopping very well. I have noticed a increase in brake dust but a price I'm willing to pay.

I think it will be hard to keep everyone happy with brakes at the end of the day it's what you want and what you're willing to pay and what you going to use them for. Everyone is different and everyone has different views of the same product just like hype said some like the RDA's some don't. Same goes for the SRT some will some wont.

ATM I've only had them on the car for 4 days so, so far I like what ive got.

I murdered my RDAs out at Queensland raceway in june, gave them a real hiding. Still got them on now, once they cooled off on the drive home back to normal.

Bought brembos on the weekend though

Angel,

Are you running OEM brake lines or did you go braided?

From what I have herd the factory lines get softer with age, creating a spongier feel to the pedal. The braids prevent this expansion in the lines under pressure and giving the pedal a firmer, less spongy feel.
