Well, I'd call it the "right" way. haha. I was gonna do a build. Was gonna be, Tyres, Brakes, Suspension, gearbox strengthen, engine work/bolt on mods haha. Which is how I think you should. But, instead have a car that was 90 percent done. And whats not done is suspension/tyres/brakes haha. So currently tryna do that

As per requested by you here it is.

Yesterday I upgrade my standard G6ET brakes. Planned for Tuesday but got delayed due to pads moved to Friday yeah no problems all good.

Car up the hoist, wheels off did the rears first well going sweet when I noticed they ordered DBA T2's WTF oh well still better the standard and well be a little cheap now. savings!!

Moved to the front and BAM ordered wrong size. They were smaller that the Turbo rotor so guessing it was for a XT or something. They did a ring around and can only get the from Sydney and will be here around 3:30pm, really ok then what can you do sh1t happens.

Front rotors arrive excellent. Closer look and not DBA T2 or T3's FFS. They are RDA never heard of them but they're the sister rotors for DBA still very good apparently. OK!! They are grooved and dimpled rotors. http://rdabrakes.com.au/page/Product-Rotors.aspx#dimple

So things are not going to plain to what I wanted. So after a whole day brakes are done.

Well OMG huge difference and boy don't the stop. Very happy!! This morning on my way to work ive notice from when I normal start applying the brakes im pulling up about 1-200mts short, excellent!!

I'm lucky that my very good mate owns the workshop so I did most of the work.

Overall very very happy

Mate I hope you did not pay anywhere near the same for those RDA rotors as what a set of DBA T3s cost.

DBA T3 for the front and DBA T2 for the rear is a good combo and upgrade over the stock rotors.

Oh man I've gone through two sets of those RDA rotors and I've got nothing good to say about them other than I found with a few pad combinations they just did not take the punishing that the stock rotors could take (lol).

Tell us how those RDA rotors go, as I certainly did not use the sort of pads you are using here.

The RDA was not my choice was looking for T3's first followed by T2's RDA weren't even on the list. never mind.

Track day next week so I'll be able to give a report on the RDA. I cant give one now as I have never used either brand before. First time up upgrade.

My GT ran brembos and we all now about them.
