Goes in tomorrow! Really excited. Would love to make 400 on pump but if not the option for E85 is available later down the track if need be.

Forgot to put up a pic with all the pipes showing.

Did you have to cut any of the front metal support? I had to and I wonder if its because I didn't redrill the radiator mounts far enough back.. But by time I realised I could do anything about it

I didn't even both with the cooler mounts provided as they didn't line up properly at all and were flimsy as chit! Just made new top mounts using 8mm angle line

I also went around the place with a silicone gun and put silicone anywhere where it could rub such as face of the intercooler on metal support, cold side pipe near battery bracket etc. Just so it doesn't rub through the metal over time, depending on how close things are (I have like 1mm clearance everywhere) I would try do it

Nah I didnt have to touch the metal support bar in regards to fitting up the intercooler mate. But I have barely any clearance between the radiator fan and the belts. Had to grind some of it away where the cooler connects to the hotside piping as there was no gap at all to fit the silicon hose and clip. I agree with you on the mounts. . Being able to easily bend them around I really fail to see how supportive they are. They're like taffy lol. I'll have to do that near the battery bracket as during WOT thatll no doubt rub and shift around. I made my holes in the body huge.. it hurt me to do so. Had to modify my tray to as the cooler mounts rubbed on it.

Arronm I tried them first, he's usually pretty good for things like this but didn't have the size I needed unfortunately.

I've got an 08 XR6T and was wondering do you have to remove the mesh insert in the bottom part of the spoiler to get the cooler in? That would hide the cooler a bit better I'd think.

Nah you don't.. I removed mine, thought I'd get extra street cred.
