Full exhaust would be good but $$ for gain on the small turbo isn't it worth it, that'll come with gtx in a couple of yearsmate I had a similar issue, 13 psi tapering to 9, could not make more than 270rwkw. Ported wastage 12psi acutator, problem solved.Your making very god power on relatively low boost, neither your cat or your exhaust is holding you back, if you were making 295rwkw @ 15psi then your cat could be the issue, but your not. If he says it won't hold that much boost then I'm looking at a dodgy actuator yet?And if he tries putting 16psi+ in and don't get much power gain then probably the cat?
