Okay thanks. On that g6et where you changed the cat to 200 cell and got 25rwkw did you test anything to see if the cat was stuffed or was it trial and error by changing the cat.

I did some testing to give me a possible scenario and then replaced it and confirmed my diagnosis, you need to trust your tuner can diagnose it for you though, not go to them with info you have got from the net.

how much boost are you pushing to achieve 295?

Tuner wants me to replace whole exhaust from cat back, doesn't want me to just change the cat.

14 tapering to 10 using pump 98

what you need to sort out is why your losing 4 PSI, id say its your wastgate... your making good power on 10PSI, you just need to hold boost at top end

A full exhaust is an overkill for the power level your at and unless your tuner is 100% confident its exhaust related u may be spending money on hopes and dreams

But its a great mod anyway a full system

I asked about actuator and basic response was that's not it

Yea jet iv seen time and time again the catback holed up to 350+ and no he's not certain it's the exhaust.. Full exhaust would be good but $$ for gain on the small turbo isn't it worth it, that'll come with gtx in a couple of years

Well remove the cat section

Stick it on the dyno and ull know with the first pull if the cat was the issue
