I know this means the waste gate wont open but if I really baby it will it be ok or am I asking for trouble. Drive off boost and you wont have an issue.. Buuuuut if its an adjustable actuator I would suggest waiting and getting your tuner to install so he/she can set it to their preferred preload 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/85900-installing-actuator-before-tune/#findComment-1414369 Share on other sites

Mechanic said he did compression test but turns out he didnt do a wet test.) And combining that and bolting on all my mods like yours, I ended up loosing compression in a cyclinder and I stayed off boost. Cost me $10k but built by Atomic Performance and good for 698kw now. Ps. Changed mechanic aswell. Dont do it. I wish somebody told me not to. Unless u got cash to do the above. Even though I had a costly experience, im glad I got the Atomic rebuild. Its cheaper to do if u havent busted your motor too.
