Wouldn't say there a noisy tyre at all. It's wider than the accellera though both being 255/35/19. Can't really comment on grip yet as I hope they haven't settled in.. Still no grip in 3rd.

Has anyone tried Continental tyres, ContiSportContact 3 and the ContiSportContact 5P ?? what do u guys think?

I really loved sport contact 3's when they were on my rear so much that I wished they went on the front!

They hook up extremely well in the wet (even the conti max contact are very good in wet).

Lovely tyre, the smoke just smells awesome, only lasted a week though.

Got no idea honestly why more people aren't running with these, I find continentals quite nice.

My 'octagonal' 595's with 20k came of the fronts today as they were starting to delaminate - grrrrr!

They're noisy and cooked at half tread. Have thrown on some ATR's to get my by for a while - $254 for both fitted too good to knock back.

Have near new 275 30 19 Evos on the rear but wish I'd bitten the bullet and got the invos. I'll end up with them all round I think.

Bomber, I have the atr sports 2 on all 4 corners. I went out late last night to fill her up with bp and the roads were wet.

Holy F% KEN cow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no lateral grip on the rears especially in the wet. The smallest amount of acceleration would put the car going sideways.

It was so freggin annoying. Be aware, very aware. It was like ice skating.

I will leave them on the fronts as there were no issues with braking hard or turning.

I am gonna have to get nitto invos for the rears.

Yeah you can't go wrong with the Invos. They just don't last long enough.

I went to see Worm's mate at the last time and he talked me out of the ATR2s. Apparently they're not much of an upgrade over their predecessor and the ATR1s are still outselling the newer tyre.

in the dry, I love the ATR sports 2, but when the road is wet. Holy Moly.

I specifically bought the ATR sport 2 tires for the wet and I have now regretted it.

I might have to get me a new set of rims and new tires.

The ones on the current rims will be used for drift and burnout sessions then.

Let's see if I can get this past the "ministry of war and finance" first...

;)
