There must be a restriction in the Intank module because when I disconnect the return from the surge to the tank it drops from 90psi to 65psi

This is due to most surge tank designs not taking into account the rest of the fuel system and pressures.

Hey kpm do you have the Bosch part number for the reg thanks

We can supply you a Bosch hi flow regulator that we modify and bench test in house.

Depending on your set up, you may find that the nature of most surge tank set ups will still cause higher than normal fuel pressures.

Please contact me if we can help in any capacity.

Il let u know on tues when I take it to the Dyno, there's a restrictor on the return on the module in the tank which may help to drop pressure but I really thing il end up going with a proper reg setup to make sure pressures stay consistent
