It just doesn't leave much room for a 4" elbow to clear the p/steer pump. Skids4kids in the mid....not the bum like some Member 609 Member For: 12y 28d Gender: Male Posted 02/08/13 03:04 PM Share Posted 02/08/13 03:04 PM Being a B series no off the shelf 4" intake kit will fit without rubbing even though some places will sell them to you....not sure how they get away with selling F series parts to B series customers.The FG's have the turbo sit 30-40mm back closer towards the firewall so a 4" intake is a breeze.If you want one that doesn't hit the power steering sensor/hard line then it will need to be made yourself like I did. skap Member 10 Member For: 13y 11d Posted 03/08/13 05:33 AM Author Share Posted 03/08/13 05:33 AM You're right skids, theres no kit you can buy that will fit straight on a B series!I ended up using a plazmaman 4" pipe and chopping up a 4" silicone elbow and threw my airbox over the top of it.
