Well I guess the next question is..............

where do you go from here?

Is there some law you can use to make the previous owner fix it? (if he admits it of cause)

or what can be done to work around it

Is it the red or the blue circle that's not roadworthy?

Would the stepped intercooler fit like this?

Is this a part I can get that the mechanic can replace whilst putting the stepped intercooler in??

BenDoCo, Not sure if there is anything I can do now regarding previous owner.. Think I'll just have to get it fixed up myself!

the part that has been cut off is not easy to show you in the pics but nothing to do with what you have circled, no there is nothing your mechanic can do, it's a complete radiator support panel from ford that is a panel shop job to replace it, if any metal has been cut that would need to be fixed to be 100%.

I have not meant to stress you out at all, there are plenty of cars out there that have been modded like yours, the only problem may show up at rwc time but front strength and air bog deployment could technically be affected

Yeh ok thanks for the heads up ratter! Think I'll just leave it be and put a stage 2 in!

Haha! Yes the joys

Is there much of a difference between process west and plazmaman? Or is nizpro better.. want it to be black though so that might be the deciding factor

Looks like everything should be done by the week after next if everything goes to plan :D

Yeh that would be great! I couldn't find the thread on it

How much, does it come in black and also does the kit work with 4" turbo side intake?

When do you think it will be available?

So with the 4" intake, hi flow cat and stage 2 from ratter, xcal, tune and 60lb, injectors what kind of power can I expect?

How much more would it be with id1000s? Does anybody know?

Is it just a tune to suit e85 or do you need a new fuel pump and lines? How much difference would it make running on e85? And how does it run on it? Do you just change the tune to suit when you fill up or?

Thanks!

320-330rwkw mark on 98, that's where the turbo will be maxed out.

1000s won't make a difference at that level but you should DEFINITELY go with them anyway. 6 months you'll be doing round two and it'll save upgrading.

If Considering e85 IMO a surge tank is a must. A touch under 1k with an 044 and you'll be able to boot it safely under 1/2 a tank, and the safer way to do e85. Stock fuel lines will be ok.

E85 tune you can expect 20rwkw normally.
