Yeah autotech pick up on it during the tune, did not seem quite right, a bit more investigation and spirro found the problem

The idle is nice and smooth now, and with new id1000 injectors it pulled 305 rwkw, which I'm very happy with

Ok so changed map sensor to see if that was the cause, no luck. I will post up fuel trims Etc when I get home tonight to show what it's up to at idle. Have 2 well known people on here helping me work out what's going on but we are a little stuck. Going to chuck an external vac gauge on it asap just gotta track one down. Anyone else changed a full long motor from bf to fg and had idling issues??

Ok so haven't put an external vac gauge on it yet but decided to get injectors cleaned and serviced. Still same drama!!! Compression test is 200psi across the board. Just wondering if a leak down test would show y there is such low vac? I have sprayed all manifolds over and over hoping to find a leak but got nothing. Vac reads 13/14hg opposed to 20hg on a healthy engine :( drives great other than the idle though....

Did leak down test (all good) and spent half the day trying different tune setups to get it to idle and got no where!!! Even chucked in a complete fg tune and still chewing fuel at idle. Going to have to put my bf cams in and see if this fixes the issue. Any other ideas guru tuners out there??
