I guess it is also possible that when Ford documented that both cams were out by two teeth, they were counting the teeth on the crank which relates to double at the cams or maybe they just miscounted or even lied, but its impossible to deny that the dents on these pistons were from that previous timing issue as the motor has not been touched since. When I get the car back I will reassemble the head lock the lifters (any ideas on how to do this) and try the timing at several different positions with some wax on the pistons

Had any cars read 200 across the board and then come up with any issues with a leak down test?? Trying to sort out my low vacuum issue but car reads fine compression wise, would a leak down test show anything??
