How fast did you get overtaken by the Red n White racer?  They look pretty serious!

Need that old high boost tune to kick in just for the straight (and no speed limiter) :)

295 on the front! wide body guards next?

295 fit on the back with a 10mm higher height but changes rake angle for the worse.

Don't have toe adjustment at the back as too much neg camber forced toe out too much.

The red/white Porsche went past at a dent pace, but probably expecting to pass more quickly.

I was running a 400rwkw tune with decent entry onto straight.

The low weight and sequential box in that beetle was on another level though.

Wakefield top speed is well under 230kmh though.

Yeah built for high speed racing is hard to match coming from a taxi...  Oh well, always someone faster out there.

Finally a 1.07.386 at Wakefield in a Street registered Falcon!

I think it's the quickest street registered,  4 door 2WD to lap there.

Of any make/model.

Ever!

Brakes fried.

Can you post the pics up? Thanks mate. In the glowing rotor one, you can see the lower finned ZF sump under the car from the side.

Unreal man. Well done.
Maybe time for some bigger brakes? Ap do some big kits but $$$ and they need 19" plus rims.
