Hey guys sorry I didn't make it. I worked late today and now I'm working tomorrow aswell, it's a family business so I'm kinda obligated to make it a priority especially with the bro off at the moment which sucks.. gotta help the old boy out! I get the entire long weekend off as a result though so it works out in the end, which is great as the dockers are now in the grand final.

Yeah furry muff :) would like to be at that grand final! Two mates of mine have just moved over there, both dockers fans and they are 5 mins from the MCG the buggers.

The weather was perfect yesterday! It's the best driving I've ever had the pleasure of performing. Gorgeous green scenery this time of year and so many twists and elevation changes. Fantastic is an understatement. Plenty of photos to wade through tonight once we get home and maybe even a video.

I think I need a new stone tray though. Mine was partially destroyed at racewars and hasn't been the same since. If anyone has a spare bf one drop me a line!

The drive was a bit wet today so we took it a bit easier and enjoyed the scenery.

Here's Mrs Speed doing a not so subtle photo bomb just near Mumballup.

I'm stoked for sure with the new setup. Sadly losing my sleeper look but all good things come to an end hahaha.

Was up late looking at shiny rocks last night, will endeavour to pick through the 100+ photos tonight and post some good ones.

Yeah only two, but its always the way on these trips.

There's always guys that can't make it, sometimes you one ten, sometimes you get two.

We'll run it again anyway in a while, so you better start sweet talking the baby sitters for so you can bring the missus away for the weekend.

It was actually great for once to have a group that you could keep in sight at all times especially in the twisties. Pretty hard to lose track of people, I know we slowed right down a few times for pics of scenery and found Phil in the process of pulling over when we came around the next few bends, probably thought we'd speared off a cliff face the poor guy hahaha.

I reckon 3 to 5 car packs would be optimal on these roads. Not to say a larger group couldn't have as much fun though!
