It has got some pitting, but mostly around where it bolts to the lower intake manifold. I can take some pics if you like, its sitting in the lunch room.I am seriously thinking about sanding my plenum down to possibly 600 and leaving it. The grinding was terrible looked like the grinder skipped and there was dips everywhere. I did email Simon from nizpro back but he just said that's how they are. Ms no hassles it really is pretty easy. I used a impact driver to get the old manifold bolts out as they were f*ckin tight. Do you have access to a right angle drill?
