I actually have been using the torque app today haha, but I've had the traction control light on for a while now and realised the sleeve that the angle sensor slides over snapped so the sensor doesn't move at all, all fixed now but wondering if it can be recalibrated at home

Got it reset by a mechanic today and the car feels better than ever, transmission feels great, it must of been tricking it into thinking it was constantly going around a corner and holding the gears

Actually I'm curious as to which mechanic was able to do it, and cost, as I need to recalibrate my BF steering angle sensor also, and previously it was always Ford that used to do it.

I had rung around a few steering places and tyre places but allot of them either had no idea, or were not able to do it.

our workshop scan tool allows us to recalibrate them so would assume most shops would be able to do it if they have good equipment

I've seen a ford computer do it. Looked like he was configuring a game
