hey people just wondering if anyone has any advice on installing a auto meter monster taco into my bfmk2t.I have installed in other cars I have owned but all have had a normal coil. not electronic ignition. Where do I need to connect the green rev sensor wire? any feedback would be great.

I wouldnt think the stock tachs are very accurate, especially if you have a donk that spins up quickly, as they're built down to a price.

If you're serious about hitting shift points, then a quality tach is a good way to go.

What I have done on the bike I use at the drags is fit two shift lights, the yellow one comes on at 11,000 the red comes on at 12,000 so I get 500rpm warning of when to shift.

Besides 1st to 2nd when things can be hectic on a turbo bike, I hit my shift points pretty much all the time.

One of these for your car or bike is all you need, they work a treat and fully adjustable to your needs.
