The Lexus 'F' models (ISF/RCF) are lacking compared to the competitors. Heaps. Boris, if you still love that massive turbo kick and feel, look at the '15 S60 Polestars. Might think I'm pulling the piss but they absolutely annihilate every other car they stack up against in every single way. The A45/CLA45 is the only thing that has half a foot in, and they are fairly solid cars, but smaller vehicles. At $110,000 for a polestar, what else do you compare at that price?

335i - No reverse camera standard, no keyless entry standard, zero safety features, no power down low, it's all top end, and then if you fork out more for an M sport to have the suspension upgrades, they are still extremely soft and 'float'. Traction is also disgusting. That's like $120,00+ worth. Not to mention they have uncomfortable seats, and the interior is straight out of the 90's. Brakes are average. Very disappointing car all round

Audi S4 - Same deal as the 335i, I personally think these drive a little better and suspension is tighter, but interior isn't much nicer, infotainment is as confusing as the BMW's, brakes are reasonable. Power is a bit more evenly spread but super linear and very boring (no offence non turbo guys). Definitely a nice fun car to drive, but still not quite up there.

The Polestar's pull like a modded falcon. They have every safety and convenience feature under the sun, great infotainment system, digital dash, brembo's, fully adjustable suspension (leaves the suspension on bmw's/audi's in the dust), heaps of torque, power right from down low, and actually sound great.

Of course when we start talking M3's/Audi RS4's (maybe)/C63's (I'd still have a polestar) it is a different story, but they are all 160,000+

Value for money, the only thing close to being worth the money are the A45's and CLA45's, and they aren't as enjoyable or nice to drive as the polestars.

And yes I have driven every one of these cars extensively. (Not an RC-F)

I was in Melbourne over the weekend, and seen this Mustang in Hawthorn...some young looking guys hopped into it..Ford engineers?...kids of Ford executives??...It must be one of the evaluation models for the Australian market?

Could it be one of the ones Mustang Motorsport has been doing early? Don't know much about them just heard they were releasing some earlier for much more money.

10 month waiting list out to Aug/Sep 2016 apparently - but good news is we'll start to see some on the roads come Dec this year!

And even though people are waiting that long I'm sure we'll see the odd few for sale within a year, as with all cars.
