I spotted a Luscious coloured Fairmont Gia fitted with an XR body kit a couple of weeks ago and I must say it did look as sweet as.

As far as Im concerned if someone wants to add an XR body kit to their car its theirs and they can do what they like with it.

Mine is a genuine T and always will be no matter how many look alikes there are out there.

I don;t have a problem with it.

If it means that Ford Australia can make more money(which in trun goes into development for bigger and better products) then good on them.

The customer is always right. It may be the case where someone buys an XLS and options it with XR clip etc to avoid insurance problems. Ultimately it puts the XR face in the mind of potential customers everywhere.

A real XR will always hold its value because of the model number on the build plate.....so be flattered that people want an XR.
