Ok so I have been told my center bearing needs to be replaced and also that I will be looking around the $250-$300 mark, I have been looking online and have seen some people doing demos on youtube of how to replace them by yourself. so was just wondering has any one attempted it and how did they go? it I can do it id rather tackle it than fork out hundreds

cheers

Im in the same position as you mate, up for a new bearing as we speak. Ford quoted $293.50 for a new one, but im thinking of trying a $65 one from ebay. Big price difference.

Only thing im unsure of is if I need a 30 or a 35mm bearing. My car is a BF mk1.
