Everything went find except we can't seem to figure what to do with the stock blow of value. The step in the provided instructions says to "Install BOV return hose and rocker cover breather hose that is supplied" the breather hose is no problem, just we arnt sure whether we just connect the return hose from the new cold air intake pipe straight into the hole on top of one of the cold side pipes (delete BOV) or to put the stock BOV into the hole on the cold side pipe and connect the hose provided onto the other outlet of the BOV and vent into the atmosphere (I hope that makes sense) Any help would be great! thanks! Dont forget to fit the vacuum hose back up to the top of the bov which is a 1/4" hose back to the intake manifold.Alternatively you can just run no bov at all and block everything up. Personally I prefer to run a bov despite everyone saying it wont do any harm to your turbo.

I do have the 25mm holes as well as a large rubber tube provided by Plazmaman. I might try a few different set ups tomorrow, running no BOV would cause compression surge yeah? dont really want to go into a conversation about that as I know everyone has different opinions
g.pep Member 6 Member For: 13y 2m 21d Posted 25/06/13 11:58 AM Author Share Posted 25/06/13 11:58 AM so I have worked it all out and everything is hooked up however I have to block the vacuum lines for now as I dont have a long enough hose (ill be getting one on the weekend). The kit is so loud! its almost too much, whenever I get off the throttle its just a huge flutter noise, I can even here it over my loud music..can anyone tell me if re-connecting the vacuum lines will reduce what seems to be compression surge?? The vac line keeps it closed under boost and opens the bov under vacuum with help of boost bleed. Be careful thrashin around if it hasn't been tuned yet
