That wasn't too bad.

I don't think the video does justice to just how bad an attempt at cornering that was! I am sure K3ith can attest to it though...hahaha

Oh well...happens to us all...right? :shy:

Who's Idea was it to get drunk (presumably) and ring all the mod's from the forum?

If it was you Gary, my wife would like to have a little chat as you timed it just as we had put the baby down and it woke him up............. :nukem:

At least it would've been a reasonable hour in WAWA when they rang. Same can't be said for VIC.

Sam... you have to post the other one :P That one you posted was the smaller one.

Haha... that IS the big one which is why I said the video doesn't do it justice.

Well done guys. Big effort.

Pookey, hope you got home ok.

Glad Sam and Gary got home ok too. Was an awesome few days.

Yeah, I ended up getting home fine, about 9:15 PM I think. I went straight to bed, lol

that's not under steer you should ask PookeyMaster about under steer good and true story :pandalol:

Lol, I told them about that one on Saturday. It kinda paled in comparison to Keith's car story, at least mine was repairable :ermm:

As for statistics:

Total Driving Time: 30:50

Total Distance: 2150 Kms

Average Speed: 89 Km/h

Total Fuel Used: 308.15 Litres

Average Economy: 12.0 L/100km

Close Encounters: 1 - Almost ended up plastered with a Wallaby by mm's. Turned a corner, accelerating out of it at the front of the pack and :omg: in front of me coming across from right to left is this bloody wallaby. Sam said I had that expression in my rear view mirror too.

It was an awesome weekend away. Definitely going back again next year and bringing a GoPro or something with me, you miss so many moments that Gary on his own can't capture (like Sam's under-steer).

Tony can tell his story about the Wombat too now... :pandalol:

Here is the ODB I use.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bluetooth-Scan-tool-Automotive-OBD-OBD2-ODB-Scanner-/370731665846?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item56515449b6&_uhb=1

Here is the Android app

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.prowl.torque&hl=en

There is one for iPhone but I'm not sure its by the same mob. Avoid Palmer Performance as they charge a lung full.

Now the issue I have is that the ODB dongle sticks out too far and I need to remove the fuse cover. If you do a search for odb bluetooth on ebay you will see there are smaller ones.

Now the one I have will communicate quickly with the samsung app. One that Rusty got wasn't as quick.

I hope that helps.
