Hey new to the forum hope im posting in the right spot. Just after some help with replacing my air filter with a k&n panel filter I bought. Problem is the screws on the airbox are different to wat I have seen. How do u get it open im assuming plenty of people have done it. Special tool im guessing? Its an fg mk2 xr6t. Cheers

Also these hose clamps I cant undo. Any info on that would awesome

It's an Allen key type thing for the air box.

Pull the rounded cap off where the screw is on those hose clamps

They're torx bolts in the airbox... Ford use em for various things like the bolts that hold the seat down etc.. You can get a set of torx sockets from a hardware store

or be a tight ass like me an use an allen key

I have also used the right sized flat head screw driver in the past! hah!
