Aps Phase 6 1000hp?

Brian, No problem I was a little surprised at how this thread got started, some one let the cat out of the bag this was not meant to be in the public domain. For what its worth we are developing a monster brake system for the BA for those that want the go and whoa. Good luck with your car sounds like it will be a fun thing.

I wasn't told it was confidential info when the subject was raised. I did speak directly to the source (he was a friend of a friend guys, but I was discussing the packages with him myself - my friend is a Expensive Daewoo fan and doesn't give a rats about the XR6T) and he was very enthusiastic about what was possible after explaining about the Phase 3 and 4 kits. He said the target was achievable based on what was rumoured to have been found by Ford during the cars initial development (about which we've all heard varying rumours...)

I hope he doesn't get into any trouble if this was meant to be kept private. However, I know there will be 1000HP XR6Ts in the future and if APS are one such producer of them then that would be great.

VENOM XR, No problem I was just a little surprised that this was being discussed at the nats by one of APS's engineering,staff I would have preferred to keep some of our engineering work private. No harm done and its certainly an interesting project.

We all live on dreams don't we

Even when this is achieved the average Joe will never be able to afford it Brakes,driveline,engine upgradeswill probably buy you a few T's

25 years ago Formula 1 engines were producing 1250hp from a 1.5 litre turbo charged engine so anything is possible
