So it seems I undid this white plastic plug with a hexagonal head under that plastic flap under the front bumper left side and a sh*tload of gas shot out with some freezing coolant.. assumed it was radiator drain plug but obviously not :oops:

yep air con, hope u closed it quick, did the same thing when doing my coolant at christmas... aircon hasn't had any problems though so not worried.

Random they have the flap there though, which is what attracts most ppl to it, altho the difficulty turning it should be the warning when thinking back.

Aircon ahh I thought so. Took the whole plug out and the gas stopped so I'm guessing my aircon won't be real cold anymore. Lol.. maybe time for a regas

So where is the actual drain plug? Do I have to take that whole black plastic bit off to get to it?

PS Anyone in Perth know the cheapest place to get a regas ;)

Haha I did the same thing when looking for coolant bung on my first xr, I was quick so aircon was still ice cold after it
