Im running a Process West -8 twin feed fuel rail and FPR1200 fuel reg with -8 return. Feeding this is 2 Bosch 044 pumps running off a 5 litre surge tank all based in the boot, all -8 lines, Fuel is E85 running ID2000cc injectors.Im unsure what lift pump to use from the fuel tank to surge, it can only be mounted externally of the fuel tank, Im limited to -8 pickup off the standard tank and will have to tap a bulkhead if I need to go -10. Ive looked at the A1000 as a lift pump but I dont want to go mad for no reason.Any suggestions on lift pump?....

I had a 500hp walbro feeding my surge tank and it was fine, I reckon even a standard pump would be fine

There is only very small amount of load on the lift pump
